Scott Russell - President & CEO
Scott has held various client management, business development and executive management positions, primarily with large international brokerage firms. He has extensive experience in the design, placement and servicing of complex risk management programs for airlines, helicopter operators, aircraft product manufacturers, corporate fleets, and general aviation businesses.
Scott holds a degree in Airway Science from the Center for Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota (UND) and is a licensed pilot.
Kay Balch- Senior Vice President
Kay has extensive experience handling all areas of aviation insurance including large airline and aviation product liability risks, as well as corporate fleets. Kay has assisted clients in the areas of accident response planning, non-owned coverage issues and acts as a resource to both Risk Management and Corporate Flight Departments in the ever changing world of aviation regulations and insurance.
Kay is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and is a licensed pilot.
Patricia Hurd- Vice President
Pat has handled the placement of insurance for a wide variety of individual aircraft, multiple-jet corporate fleets, helicopters, fixed-base operators (FBO’s), aircraft sales, service and maintenance operations, and aviation product manufacturers.
Pat is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and is an active student pilot.
